Wedding Fairs 2015 - Wedding Suppliers North West Area

So its been a while since my last blog post and I wanted to finish up on a good one. This year I've managed to be part of some pretty amazing wedding fairs. One of the best wedding fairs I have exhibited at this year is the wonderful Victoria Baths in Manchester with the Vintage Wedding Fair.

I've been fortunate enough to exhibit with some extremely talented wedding suppliers from photographers to cake makers. I'm going to share with you my best picks and hopefully if you're in the process of planning your own wedding then you may well find just the person in this post.

I showcased a small range of my floral crowns with a few glittery hair accessories thrown in. I wanted to create a real rustic feel to my table without missing out on a bit of sparkle - vintage boho chic!

The Cake

To begin, lets start with my favourite topic - food, specifically cakes! I've been very honoured to exhibit a few times with the lovely Sarah from Pink Cocoa. Not only does she make the most amazing tasting cakes, but is a very talented artist when it comes to designing your wedding cake. Take a look at these works of art. Fun, fashionable and totally delicious!

The Wedding Stationer

Again, I've met this lovely designer from Paper Fudge a few times and she is super, super talented. Suzy will tailor everything for your big day, from invitations through to menus. All hand drawn, the stationery is truly unique and quirky.

The Venue

Well obviously the wonderful Victoria Baths itself makes a very interesting venue, and can be hired out for your big day. Its quirky and fun and if you're looking for something different then this is it. I mean, wouldn't it be a taking point if you got married at the bottom of a swimming pool. Minus the water of course!

But my loyalty lies with The Wellbeing Farm. I used this amazing place for our last shoot location and I've got to say, if you're looking for somewhere fun and relaxed, then this is it. It's unique rusticness and stunning views are perfect. They have the barn, the hay bales, oh and donkeys and llamas!

Venue Dressing and Prop Hire

I met Sid and Olive at the Victoria Baths in the Autumn. I was immediately drawn to their stand. Very professional yet relaxed and rustic, I loved it. They will come and decorate your venue and also have props available for hire too.

The Photographer

I was next to Jade Doherty at the last wedding fair and was totally blown away by her work. The photographer is probably one of the biggest decisions you will make, after saying 'I do' of course! As you're hoping and praying that they will catch every special moment, every glance and every loving smile. Jade really captures the moment and brings your wedding to life, nothing over staged, just stylishly capturing your big day.

.......and finally...The Dress!

If you're looking for something one off and not so traditional then The Case of the Curious Bride will have just what you are looking for. They are friendly and a bit quirky and walking into the shop is like walking into a fairly tale. Choosing your dress here will be a very relaxed affair.

I hope this little summary is useful and goes some way to help you find the right people for your wedding day!
