Refunds

RETURNS

We hope you are happy with your purchase, but we understand that you may change your mind or the product doesn't match, so we offer a no quibble returns policy.

Returned items must adhere to the following conditions:

  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Custom Orders are exempt from the returns policy.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
  • Please obtain Proof of Postage from the Post Office, or consider using a trackable service if the item is of a higher value.

REFUNDS

Once your item is received, subject to the condition of the item, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
